Despite the lighter being out of gas, you can still make a fire to light your cig. All you need is the lighter and a sheet of toilet paper.

Step 1: Get an Empty Lighter

Step 2: Scrape the Wheel Against Flint Without Sparking

Step 3: Shake Out the Flint Dust onto Toilet Paper

Step 4: Make Sure to Get a Nice Pile

Step 5: Pinch the Dust in Place, Then Roll

Step 6: You've Got It!

Step 7: Use Your Lighter to Spark It Until It Lights
